Quality Control

Quality Control Based on Defined Specifications

At MehraCeram, quality control begins before production and continues through order preparation and loading. The inspection scope is defined according to the product, purchase agreement, applicable standard and destination-market requirements. Depending on the order, inspections may include dimensions, thickness, surface appearance, shade and calibre consistency, water absorption, breaking strength, abrasion resistance, packaging condition, pallet configuration and loading supervision. Product conformity is assessed against the specifications confirmed in the sales contract, approved sample and applicable test methods. Inspection reports, laboratory results and loading records can be provided when included in the agreed order scope.
